Must be pre approved before booking. $500 penalty fee plus all costs to clean/restore the villa if unauthorized pet is found in the property. * This property is monitored via exterior cameras at the front entrance and side of house. This is for your safety. * Rental property agreement is required to be signed up with a valid government issued ID after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result to the cancellation of reservation without refund.
