We kindly ask that you don't bring in your ski, biking, hiking or any other gear inside as it will damage the home and you will be responsible for the costs * Master bedroom fireplace not functional at moment * Two pet maximum and pets must be pre-approved and kept off furniture. You will be responsible for any damages * No smoking inside the property. You will be responsible for all costs if there is smoke of any kind inside the home * No parties allowed and all noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm per local laws * This property is monitored via exterior cameras at both entrances for your safety * Rental agreement is required to be signed with a valid government issued ID. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund * There will be no refunds for any reason outside of the cancellation policy. You will be right in the center of it all! Stowecation is located in Stonybrook resort which is close to both skiing and town. The resort has 2 outdoor seasonal pools and numerous walking paths to enjoy! Jump on the mountain shuttle to head to ski or town or cruise down the Stowe rec path all located at the entrance!
Guest Access
You will have full access to the home and also to all the amenities of Stonybrook. A secure door code will be sent to you before check in and there is no need to use keys.

You can park 2-3 cars depending on size and if more room is needed there is extra parking at Stowecation's 2 car garage only a short walk away. Parking at the moment is only allowed outside the garage and can fit 2 cars.
